Fencing Workouts at Home #5

In the continuing series of daily Fencing Workouts, here is #5, another good one: 400 Touches Epee/Foil Drill. This one will require you to make a target. Take your fencing jacket and stuff it with pillows. Prop is up at the correct height on a chair or stool, them practice away! Epeeists, be sure to keep that guard up. Here is the video:
