Fencing Workouts at Home #4

In the continuing series of daily Fencing Workouts, here is number 4 – a point control drill. This one will require you to make a target from a tennis ball (or similar) and a rope. This is a great drill, I encourage you to practice this, even after the club reopens. Epeeists – remember to keep that guard up in all of these drills!
